The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) met on 9/28 and took up a full agenda which included approving by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $2,755,000 from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to the City of Savoy (Fannin County). The City will use the assistance to finance a wastewater improvement project. The TWDB also approved the publication of proposed amendments to 31 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 384 relating to the Rural Water Assistance Fund and heard an update on the water conditions in Texas.
