U.S. Supreme Court Limits Greenhouse Gas Regulations

In a 5-4 ruling on June 23, a divided U.S. Supreme Court ruling blocked the EPA from requiring permits for greenhouse gas emissions from new or modified industrial facilities, but the ruling won't prohibit other means of regulating greenhouse gas emissions.
