In accordance with Section 386.117, Texas Health and Safety Code, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is providing a 30-day notice to potential applicants of changes made to the 2011 Rebate Grants program.
A draft copy of the Notice of Rebate Grants (NRG) is attached to this email and can also be viewed online at www.terpgrants.org. The NRG contains new program requirements and changes. A draft version of the new Rebate Grant Application Form will be available on the Web site soon.
