On February 10, 2010, the commission will consider the Executive Director’s recommended repeal of the CAMR rule and withdrawal from consideration of the Texas State Plan for Mercury. The withdrawal from consideration of the Texas State Plan for Mercury is Project Number 2007-052-SIP-NR and the repeal of the CAMR rule is 2007-054-101-EN.
