Today HB 3790 by Representative Jim Pitts, relating to state fiscal matters, was scheduled to be heard on the House floor. However, HB 3790 has been postponed on second reading until 8:00am tomorrow morning. As was noted in the previous Advisory, over 100 amendments have been pre-filed for the bill and it is expected more amendments will be offered as amendments to the amendments during floor debate.
