Today the committee substitute to SB 1582 by Ogden relating to state fiscal matters related to the judiciary passed to third reading with one amendment that strikes Article I. In addition to CSSB 1582 & CSSB 1580 scheduled to come up for a final vote in the Senate tomorrow, there are still additional Fiscal Matters bills which have been placed on the Senate Intent calendar for tomorrow – which means they could be brought up as early as tomorrow.
