Gov. Perry Appointments to State Health Services Council
Gov. Rick Perry Gov. Rick Perry has appointed William “Bill” Lovell of Dallas to the State Health Services Council for a term to expire Feb. 1, 2017. The council makes recommendations regarding the management, operation, policies and rules for public health, mental health and substance abuse.
