HB 275 makes an appropriation of money from the Economic Stabilization Fund, also referred to as the Rainy Day Fund (RDF), for expenditure during the current state fiscal biennium. The House version would tap the RDF for $3.1 billion while the Senate version appropriates $3.9 billion.

House Conferees Reps.: Pitts – Chair, Aycock, Darby, Giddings and Morrison.
