May 16 HHSC Strategic Plan
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct public hearings in the month of May to receive comment on the Health and Human Services (HHS) System Draft Strategic Plan for 2013-2017, which covers the provision of health and human services in Texas. This plan includes the HHS Coordinated Strategic Plan, required every two years by the Texas Government Code, Section 531.022, and the five HHS agencies’ strategic plans, required by the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2056.
Those interested may view the draft plan online at the HHSC website, www.hhsc.state.tx.us, on or after May 16, 2012.
