The Senate Finance Committee will begin holding hearings on the various Articles of the proposed budget starting January 31, 2011.
Additionally, it has been reported on Burka Blog that Senate Finance Chair Steve Ogden says leadership is considering naming a subcommittee of Finance to review tax exemptions which would look at all issues that cost Texas revenue.
