SB 8 – Nelson/Kolkhorst – relating to improving the quality and efficiency of health care passed to third reading in the House as amended on May 24 with 137 ayes and 5 nays.

SB 875 – Fraser/Hancock – relating to compliance with state and federal environmental permits passed to third reading in the House as amended on May 24 with 102 ayes and 40 nays.

SB 635 – Nichols/Larson – relating to the authority of the executive director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in relation to establishing water and sewer utility rates passed to third reading in the House as amended with 100 ayes and 38 nays. Part of the language from the PUC/ERCOT Sunset bill (SB 661) was one of the adopted amendments.
