Gov. Rick Perry has named Gigi Bryant of Austin chair of the Family and Protective Services Council for a term to expire at the pleasure of the governor. The council protects children and individuals who are elderly or have disabilities from abuse, neglect or exploitation. Bryant is a business development consultant and owner of GMSA Management Group.
