The Texas Sunset Commission’s report on the Texas Water Development Board, including recommendations to the agency, is now available to the public. A hearing will be held on November 16th. During the hearing the recommendations will be discussed and public testimony will be taken. It is expected, the Sunset Commission will adopt recommendations mid-December.
