The Texas Medical Board (TMB) will post the Proposed Changes to the Texas Medical Board Rules, Texas Administrative Code, Title 22, Part 9, Chapter 174 Telemedicine in the Texas Register this month. The full Board may then accept public comment on the rules at its August 27th meeting.
