The Texas Water Conservation Association Groundwater Committee was formed to discuss and potentially make legislative recommendations on critical groundwater issues. Their areas of focus will be determined by the committee and could include interim charges from the House and Senate. If there are issues that the committee cannot reach a consensus on, then they will produce white papers on the issues highlighting the pros and cons of changing the status quo.
