House
The House Calendar has posted their items eligible calendar. Items eligible include HB 21 with 8 adopted amendments (please note earlier advisory incorrectly stated 9), HB 30 (appropriations for HB 21), HB 7 (tree regulation/tree planting credit), and SB 1 (property tax reform). many members expect the House to move for a conference committee on HB 21 and HB 30. The Senate has already requested a conference committee for SB 1.
The Supplemental House Calendar has two bills on it: SB 16 (school finance commission) which will be taken up on third reading and SB 19 appropriating money from the economic stabilization fund for TRS-Care.
Senate
The Senate has posted two bills returned from the House with amendments they could take up today: SB 11 (do-not-resuscitate orders) and SB 17 (maternal morbidity).
It is possible that remaining conference committees will be called and remaining members appointed today so that conference committee reports can come out quickly; Bills could move and calendars could be added to. The House and Senate have today and tomorrow to reach agreement – Sine Die for the first called Special Session can be called no later than August 16.
