State Board of Education Rules Implementing HB 1525 (87R)

TEA has filed revision to 19 TAC Chapter 89 relating to Gifted/Talented Education. The adopted revisions implement HB 1525 (87R) and codify current program practices and will be effective on September 1, 2024.
