For the week of June 6, 2016 there’s no drought in Texas and none projected at least through June, and even abnormally dry conditions are on the retreat. Spring rains continue to hammer the state with flooding from Lubbock to Houston. The Texas Water Development Board has developed a website, TexasFlood.org, to assist Texans in planning for, responding to, and recovering from floods.
