Governor Greg Abbott has announced several staff changes following the departure of senior members of the Governor’s staff.
- Constance Allison was named Policy Director. Allison was previously Deputy Policy Director.
- Ky Ash was named Budget Director. Ash was previously Deputy Budget Director.
- Reed Clay was named Deputy Chief of Staff. Clay was previously Senior Advisor to the Governor.
- Drew DeBerry was named Director of Budget and Policy. DeBerry was previously Policy Director.
- Ben Taylor was named Outreach Director. Taylor was previously Deputy Outreach Director.
- David Whitley will be named Appointments Director, effective March 14th. Whitley is currently the Deputy Appointments Director.
