Comptroller Glenn Hegar released the Certification Revenue Estimate noting there will be $110.4 billion in general-revenue related funds available at the close of the 2014-15 biennium.  “This revenue supports general-purpose spending of $106.22 billion for the 2016-17 biennium, resulting in an expected ending General Revenue-related certification balance of $4.22 billion,” according to the report.
