Oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Texas have concluded, lasting a total of 3 hours including a short recess, regarding the lawsuit over the school finance system. The school finance case was the first heard by the Supreme Court of Texas on September 1 during its new term. The justices, who are all Republican, have not said when they expect to rule but some anticipate the decision will not be out for months, possibly after the primary election next spring. An archive of the hearing and documents filed on the case can be found on the State Bar of Texas website
