Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton recently issued a statement in response to the ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit invalidating the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) emissions budgets for Texas under the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.
