Today both the House and Senate took up the conference committee report for HB1, the general appropriations bill. At one point, the House and Senate were simultaneously discussing the budget before they both passed out the conference committee report of their respective chambers within almost one hour of each other. The Senate adopted the conference committee report with 30 ayes and 1 nay. The House adopted the conference committee report with 115 ayes and 33 nays.

- $209 billion in all funds
- $106.6 billion in general revenue
- No appropriations are made from the Economic Stabilization Fund (ESF); therefore, the balance of the fund is estimated to be $11.1 billion at the end of fiscal year 2017.
