The House Budget Bill (HB1) and the House Supplemental Budget Bill (HB2) were voted favorably out of House Appropriations and will now move to the full House. Committee Chair John Otto said they will continue to work on the appropriations bill over the next 2 months as the bill moves to the floor and then in conference committee with the Senate. Both HB 1 and HB 2 were passed out of committee with 24 ayes and 0 nays.
Rep. Otto said HB 1 will be on the floor a week from today.
