SB18 (Estes) relating to the use of eminent domain authority which passed out of the House last week was laid before the Senate today. The Senate refused to concur in House amendments citing a concern the amendments in from the House could cause a negative fiscal impact to the state. The following Conferees were announced: Estes, Duncan, Whitmire, Lucio and Harris.
