The State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Inflation Reduction Act Home Energy Rebate Programmatic Monitoring Services.
The RFP can be found on the Electronic State Business Daily website. The submission deadline for questions is January 15 at 2 p.m. CT, while proposal submissions are due February 5 at 2 p.m. CT.
The successful respondent will monitor and conduct delegated oversight of the implementer of SECO’s Home Owner Managing Energy Savings Efficiency Rebates (HOMES) and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR).
