The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) announced that they will be holding informational meetings to explain the proposed Expedited Compliance Order process.
Expedited Compliance Orders can be used for violations that do not have a significant impact on human health and the environment that can be corrected quickly.
The meetings will be held as follows:
- Tuesday, December 2 at 7:00pm – TCEQ Houston Regional Office, 5425 Polk St., Ste. H, Conference rooms 3C-3F, Houston TX 77023-1452
- Thursday, December 4 at 10:00am – Austin TCEQ Headquarters, 12100 Park 35 Circle, Building E, Room 201S Austin, TX 78753
- Friday, December 5 at 1:30pm – TCEQ Dallas/Fort Worth Regional Office, 2309 Gravel Dr., Fort Worth TX 76118-6951
A virtual option will be available for the Austin meeting on December 4th.
