House Speaker Dustin Burrows has announced his senior leadership appointments to the Speaker’s office. Andrew Blifford has been promoted to Deputy Chief of Staff from his role as Director of Finance, and Sam Bacarisse has been promoted to Director of Policy. Additionally, Victor Alcorta will join the office as General Counsel and Senior Advisor, effective February 1.
