The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) have announced that Michelle Kranes will serve as Deputy Commissioner of the Strategy and Performance Division as of August 17th. The division supports TDI’s strategic planning, performance and risk management, and process improvement through technology, automation, and business innovation.
Kranes started her state career at the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission, and most recently worked at the Texas Workforce Commission.
