The Texas Education Agency has published the Preliminary 2028 A-F Refresh Framework. The Performance Reporting division has launched a survey to gather public input and guide development of the refreshed accountability system starting in the 2027-28 school year. This survey will remain open through the spring of 2026. The Performance division hosted a webinar on the development which can be viewed here and the slideshow is located here. The webinar covering the proposed changes to Domain 1 and Domain 3, as well as session materials, will be posted on the site in the following days. Also on this page, you can still register for the Domain 3 proposed changes webinar on October 22 from 3 pm- 4pm. Registration links for part 4 of the series will be posted in the following weeks.
