The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has updated the Underground Storage Tank Registration and Self-Certification Form (TCEQ-00724). Beginning November 1, these forms with revision dates prior to 08/2025 will no longer be accepted.
Renewals must be submitted annually by the first day of the month in which the certificate expires. Forms are processed in the order they are received and will not be expedited for expired registrations.
