The Regulatory Compliance Division of the Office of the Governor is currently accepting public comments on proposed changes to TAC 43 Chapter 215, regarding the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
The proposed rules are intended to enhance the enforceability of the Motor Vehicle Records Disclosure Act, improve the readability of current regulations, clarify business premises requirements, and update licensee reporting obligations to the Department.
