The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board’s (THECB) 2019 Texas Higher Education Leadership Conference was held Nov. 21-22, 2019. Sessions for both University Governing Board members and Community College Governing Board members were provided in addition to the Commissioner Harrison Keller providing The State of Higher Education in Texas.
