Abridged applications for the Texas Water Development Board’s (TWDB) 2020 funding cycle of the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) program are due by midnight on Monday, February 3, 2020. To be eligible for SWIFT financial assistance, projects must be recommended in the 2017 State Water Plan.
