The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has announced Gene Muller as the new Assistant Deputy Director of the Waste Permits Division. Gene began his career with the agency in 2000 as a Solid Waste Environmental Investigator in the DFW Region Office and has filled multiple roles within the agency since. For the past 3 years, he has served as Section Manager in the Business and Program Services Section.
