The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting informal comments from stakeholders on draft rules covering in-person visitation for hospitals and specialty care facilities during a public health emergency or disaster. Informal opportunities to comment occur before a rule is published and proposed in the Texas Register. The comment period for the visitation draft rules ends Feb. 23, 2022.
