During the February 7th State of the State, Governor Greg Abbott listed 7 emergency items. Those items were: Cutting Property Taxes (did not pass and Abbott has called a special session to address), Ending COVID Restrictions (addressed in SB 29), School Choice (did not pass), School Safety (addressed in HB 3), Revolving Bail (did not pass), Border Security (did not pass and Abbott has called a special session to address), and the Fentanyl Crisis (addressed in HB 6).

At the beginning of the Session, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick and just over half passed (17).

Speaker of the House Dade Phelan listed 28 priority items over several press releases and just over half passed (18).
