The United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an administrative stay of the district court injunction of HB 900, pending further action from the appellate court.
HillCo previously reported on the preliminary injunction against implementation of HB 900 issued by District Judge Alan Albright, Western District of Texas, Austin, and the state’s intention to appeal the injunction.
