Pursuant to Rider 30(d) in the 2024-25 General Appropriations Act, HHSC has published a report on financial information for rate enhancement programs. The report includes data on the operation of the rate enhancement programs, the percentage of providers and services that participate in the programs, the efficacy of the programs in recruiting and retaining the workforce necessary to deliver services, and the cost of participation to providers for complying with the program requirements.
