The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) proposes to amend §355.8065, concerning Disproportionate Share Hospital Reimbursement Methodology, §355.8201, concerning Waiver Payments to Hospitals for Uncompensated Care, §355.8202, concerning Waiver Payments to Physician Group Practices for Uncompensated Care, and §355.8441, concerning Reimbursement Methodologies for Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) Services.
HHSC will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, July 3, 2014, beginning at 1:30 p.m., to receive comments on the proposed amendments to §§355.8065, 355.8201, 355.8202, and 355.8441. The public hearing will be held in the Health and Human Services Commission Public Hearing Room of the Brown-Heatly Building, located at 4900 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin. The earliest possible date of adoption is July 27, 2014.
