House Spotlight on Bills Passed
HB 1 (Gonzales), sunset legislation, passed out of the House unanimously on 7/25 and will now move over to the Senate for further consideration.
Senate Spotlight on Bills Passed
On 7/25 the Senate reconvened at 11:45 p.m. to take up several bills on final reading and, as a result, the bills below were finally passed out of the Senate and will now move over to the House for further consideration.
SB 17 (Kolkhorst) Relating to maternal health and safety, pregnancy-related deaths, and maternal morbidity, including postpartum depression.
