• SB 216 (Birdwell) was referred to Senate State Affairs on March 10

 
Self-Directed Semi-Independent Status of State Agencies
 

• HB 2024 (Gonzales) was left pending by House State Affairs on April 1
• SB 217 (Hinojosa) was placed on intent calendar on April 8 

Texas Workforce Commission
 

• HB 3294 (Burkett) was left pending in committee (Economic & Small Business Development) on April 9
• SB 208 (Campbell) was heard and left pending in committee (Natural Resources and Economic Development) on April 16

 
Texas Workforce Investment Council
 

• HB 1606 (Burkett) was received by Senate from the House April 13
• SB 209 (Hinojosa) was not again placed on intent calendar on March 19
