The sixth SXSWedu Conference & Festival will take place in Austin from March 7-10, celebrating an ever-growing community with an expanded program and greater opportunities for in-depth learning and development as well as action-oriented content for attendees. Developing from a regional event into an international platform, SXSWedu continues to support its community’s desire to connect, collaborate, create and change how we teach and learn. The SXSWedu team has created an event that celebrates educators and provides a forum for meaningful outcomes. SXSWedu features four days of compelling content for education professionals looking to connect, collaborate, create and change how we teach and learn. 

Keynote speakers during the sixth SXSWedu Conference and Festival include Jane McGonigal, Ayah Bdier, and Temple Grandin. Among the featured presentations on Wednesday, March 9, is “Igniting a Practice Revolution” that features  Orange County Superintendent Barbara Jenkins, Damon Williams of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Sal Khan, Khan Academies Founder, and David Coleman, College Board CEO.
