The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation has adopted amended rules regarding the Procedural Rules of the Commission and the Department (16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 60, §60.10 and §60.82. The effective date of the rule adoption is August 15, 2014. The updated rule chapter may be viewed on TDLR’s web site.
