The Texas Transportation Commission received an update on the Municipal Highways Turnback Program on March 27. The development of a memorandum of understanding along with financial considerations were reviewed during the update. Among other agenda items, the commission also heard a report on the Legislation Appropriations request which is due at the end of August 2014 which included a discussion on possible exceptional items and current uncertainties with federal reimbursements.
