The Texas Water Development Board is currently seeking public review and comment on the draft United States Iron and Steel guidance document, with the informal comment period ending at 5:00 P.M. on January 31, 2018. The guidance was developed to help the Board implement proposed changes to 31 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 363, related to use of United States iron and steel in certain Texas Water Development Board programs.
