The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded $4,192,888 to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).  The funds will be used by TCEQ to administer the State’s base water quality program which aims to prevent, reduce, and eliminate water pollution.  The funds will also be used by the State to administer environmental management programs to monitor, abate and control hazardous solid waste, air pollution and pesticides.
