At the April 6, 2011, Commissioners’ Agenda the executive director will recommend to the commission proposal of the Lead Transport State Implementation Plan (SIP) Revision for the 2008 lead National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). This SIP revision would meet the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act (FCAA), §110(a)(2)(D)(i), relating to the interstate transport of lead under the 2008 lead NAAQS.
