Gov. Rick Perry has appointed Fredrick “Rick” Rylander of Iraan and reappointed Lewis McMahan of Dallas to the Texas Water Development Board for terms to be effective June 11, 2012 and to expire Dec. 31, 2017. The board oversees statewide water planning and administration of financial programs for water supply, wastewater treatment, flood control and conservation projects.
