The chairman of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Bryan Shaw, sent a letter this month to EPA Regional Administrator Al Armendariz recounting the steps that his agency is taking in order to address certain EPA concerns. Shaw further requested that EPA honor its past agreements with the TCEQ.
